This period of intensive practice is suitable for both beginning and experienced practitioners, and – as with all our retreats – will include meditation instructions, guided Loving Kindness practices, Dharma Talks, individual interviewsand a daily period of mindful yoga.  In addition there will be a special program on New Year’s Eve with the option of staying up till midnight.
